Nice, I really like the gradient and the way you warped the "Welcome to Paradise" text. But, I think your sky and clouds are a little sparse. It doesn't really look like the sky. Next time, you might want to use a larger or more feathered brush, or perhaps use the same size one and just draw more clouds.
this post really makes me want to go chill on a beach. what you could've done better was put a bit more clouds in the sky and make the sky more of a sky color
