Good job, the gradients and strokes on your text work nicely for a Canadian postcard. If I was going to criticize this, I would say that the picture of Quebec you used is really low quality, and it's hard to make anything out. Good thing is, lots of high quality pictures of things exist, so it's an easy fix.
nice is shows something god and interesting about Quebec City. however you should have found a better quality picture to show the city as its quite blurry
